System Members are cable television companies in Louisiana. They can be a multiple system operator or an independent company that owns and/or operates a cable television system. These companies are franchised by the local governing authority in its area or by the State of Louisiana, Secretary of State’s Office.
They can also be subsidiaries of cable television companies providing telecommunications services in Louisiana. System Members are qualified by being actively engaged in the operation of a cable television company or being a subsidiary of an active system.
Membership Dues:
• Systems with 1,000 or fewer RGUs $300.00 per year
• More than 1.000 RGUs RGUs x $0.30
Associate Members are any individual, firm, group or corporation engaged in the manufacture, distribution and/or delivery of goods and services used in the cable television or telecommunications industries.
Membership Dues:
• First Member $200.00 per year
• Each Additional Member $50.00 per year
