Cox - New Orleans won the Public Affairs-Local Programming Award for "Its' Your Vote: The Race for Governor" and the Customer Education / Image Award for "Military Messages." Not shown: Annette Hall, on behalf of Time Warner Cable - Shreveport, the Community Service Award for "20th Annual Christian Service Telethon."
	Jacqui Vines is shown receiving one of two awards for Cox-Baton Rouge. Cox-Baton Rouge received the Customer Service Award for "Payment Kiosk Pilot Project" and the Community Service Award for "Josephine PSAs" for The Josephine Bonaparte Exhibit.
	Debby Arnold receives Krewe Man award on behalf of CMA Communications for "Election 2003 - The Runoff."
	Susan Hinson of Outdoor Life Network receives her award for Associate Member of the Year.
	Melanie Todd was the winner of the 2003 President's Award for her outstanding service to CMA Communications of Plaquemines Parish.
	The 2003 Virgil Evans Award was bestowed on Sharon Kleinpeter of Cox Communications-Baton Rouge, for her outstanding service to Cox Communications and the cable industry at large.
