MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW and get the BLOCK
rate. DEADLINE for this rate is JANUARY 31, 2007.
All requests will be handled on an individual basis,
based upon availability. Should there be
availability, the group rate may be extended one day
prior and one day after the show. The group rate is
not guaranteed after the cut-off date. Reservations
through the mail must be received by the deadline to
get group rate. Reservations can be made online by
going here.
Room rates will revert to hotel’s prevailing rates
or the higher contract rate after cut-off date. HSD
is available in all rooms for $9.95/day and wi-fi is
available throughout hotel. Check-in is 3:00 p.m.;
checkout is noon. Twenty-four (24) hour
CANCELLATION NOTICE IS REQUIRED.
A deposit, secured by a major credit card, equal to
one night’s room rate plus 13% room tax and a $2.00
occupancy tax must accompany reservation requests.
(Taxes and occupancy charges are subject to change.)
This deposit will be applied to the first night of
the reservation. Your business address and e-mail
address is required at check-in.
Remember the fees we are charged by the hotel for
the exhibit hall, food, etc., and which in turn
regulates your room rate and registration fees, are
determined by the use of the block of rooms, so
please stay at our host hotel and reserve your room
in our block.

*There are rooms on the “quiet”
side and rooms on the “Bourbon Street” side. Please
book your room considerately.
**There will be an additional charge of $40.00 per
day for each individual over age 18 and/or over two
(2) people in a guestroom. The maximum number of
people per guestroom is four (4).
CANCELLATIONS SHOULD BE HANDLED THROUGH THE
LOUISIANA CABLE & TELECOMMUNICATIONS OFFICE
(225-387-5960). WE WILL THEN CONTACT THE HOTEL TO
CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS. THIS ALLOWS US TO HELP
LATE REGISTRANTS OR NEW MEMBERS TO GET ROOMS.
